All services are available by appointment only and are subject to availability.

Advance booking is strongly recommended for all mobile services, corporate, couples experiences, celebrations (including birthdays and anniversaries), group bookings, weekend appointments, and group wellness experiences.

Certain appointments may require a booking deposit in order to confirm and secure the scheduled time. No appointment is confirmed until the required deposit (if applicable) has been received.

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate booking details, including service selection, location, and contact information at the time of reservation.

A US$50 non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure select appointments. For group bookings:

• US$501–2 guests
• US$1003–5 guests
• Based on booking6+ guests

Where applicable, the deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service on the day.

Deposits are required to secure therapist time, scheduling allocation, travel preparation, and service reservation. Failure to pay a required deposit may result in the appointment being released.

We accept cash payments as the preferred method, along with secure payments via Stripe for all services, including booking deposits and outstanding balances. Where available, Zelle may also be offered as an alternative payment option for client convenience.

A booking deposit may be required to confirm and secure select appointments, group bookings, and specialty experiences. Where applicable, deposits are applied toward the total service cost. Full payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Failure to pay the required deposit or outstanding balance may result in cancellation of the booking and refusal of service.

Special local rates are available to verified residents of the Cayman Islands.

Valid government-issued identification or proof of residency may be required prior to service to qualify for resident pricing. If valid proof is not provided, standard rates will apply.

Accepted payment methods for residents include cash, card payments, and direct bank transfer where applicable.

All clients, including residents, are subject to the same cancellation and booking policies outlined in this document.

Visitors, tourists, villa guests, and short-term stays are welcome.

Service pricing includes standard travel within our designated service area, along with setup, scheduling coordination, and mobile service delivery.

Bookings for groups of five (5) or more qualify for a 10% group discount unless otherwise stated.

Mobile services include therapist travel, transport, setup, breakdown, and service preparation.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, private, clean, and suitable space for treatment. This includes reasonable access, adequate ventilation, and where applicable, parking availability.

If a location is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or inaccessible, the service may be modified or cancelled at the therapist’s discretion, with applicable charges applied.

Our Wellness on Wheels experience operates as a mobile wellness retreat space for scheduled pop-ups, group bookings, private events, and curated wellness experiences.

Access to these experiences may be subject to specific location schedules, availability, and event-based pricing structures.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule standard appointments.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for group bookings, corporate services, and special event reservations.

Cancellations made within the required notice period, late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit or full service charge, depending on the booking type.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted future booking access.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service in order to avoid delays to subsequent appointments.

Full service fees remain applicable regardless of reduced treatment time.

If delays occur on our end due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and reasonable adjustments will be made where appropriate.

Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, or health concerns prior to treatment.

Clients experiencing contagious illness, fever, flu-like symptoms, or active infection must reschedule their appointment.

We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client’s condition.

InSPAration Cayman maintains a strict professional environment.

Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, misconduct, or violation of professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and may result in refusal of future service.

Advance booking is required for all couples experiences, group sessions, wellness events, retreats, and corporate services.

Final guest numbers, location details, and service requirements must be confirmed in advance to ensure proper scheduling and staffing.

Outdoor services, including beach and open-air setups, are subject to weather conditions, safety considerations, and location accessibility.

Services may be rescheduled or modified in the event of unsafe or unsuitable conditions.

Gift certificates are available for selected services.

All gift certificates are subject to stated terms, validity periods, and usage conditions. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

Services, pricing, availability, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

The most current version of policies will always apply at the time of booking.

Before or after appointments are limited, subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.

These bookings must be confirmed in advance.

By booking a service with InSPAration Cayman, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
