To help us properly prepare for your appointment, select bookings requiring deposits must be secured and confirmed in advance prior to therapist travel, setup, and preparation.

A US$50 booking deposit is required to reserve select appointments, couples experiences, celebrations, private bookings, group services, or reserved event dates. Deposits are applied toward the final service total at the time of appointment.

We accept secure online payments via Stripe for all bookings, including booking deposits and remaining balances.

Mobile appointments include therapist travel, transportation, setup, breakdown, and personalized service preparation across Grand Cayman.

For house calls and mobile experiences, clients are kindly asked to provide a safe, quiet, comfortable, and reasonably accessible area for service setup where possible.

Adequate parking and property access are also appreciated when available.

Guests visiting our hosted locations or wellness bus experiences, pop-up events, or retreat-style setups may enjoy preferred pricing on select services due to reduced travel and setup requirements.

Escape to our mobile spa space for a relaxing getaway experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and recharge.

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes for regular appointments and 48 hours notice for corporate, group, or larger scheduled bookings.

Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, missed appointments, or cancellations made outside the requested notice period may result in loss of booking deposit.

Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other scheduled appointments. Full service charges may still apply.

If delays occur on our end due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be informed as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to ensure fair service delivery for all guests through reasonable schedule adjustments where necessary.

Clients experiencing contagious illness, fever, flu-like symptoms, or feeling unwell are kindly asked to reschedule their appointment.

A brief wellness intake form and consultation may be completed prior to services to help us safely personalize and tailor your experience to your individual needs and comfort level.

InSPAration Cayman provides professional relaxation and bodywork services only. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and forfeiture of any booking deposit or payments made prior.

Advance notice is strongly recommended for couples experiences, birthday celebrations, retreats, wellness parties, and corporate or group bookings to allow proper scheduling and therapist coordination.

Outdoor and beach appointments remain subject to weather conditions, safety considerations, and location accessibility.

Gift certificates are available for select services and experiences. Terms, conditions, and expiration dates may apply where applicable.

Appointments requested outside of regular operating hours are limited, subject to therapist availability, and may include an additional after-hours service fee where applicable.
